Passenger Terminal: Our terminal features a comfortable lounge area for passengers. Juice, Soda, and Bottled Water are available for sale. Chelan Seaplanes hats and t-shirts are also available for sale at our Chelan Terminal.

Parking: There is plenty of SAFE short term and long term parking available directly adjacent to our terminal.  Parking is $7.00 per vehicle per day and or $35 per week.  We recommend that parking payment and arrangements be made during your flight reservations.

Check-In Time - Chelan: Please be at our terminal in Chelan at least 20 minute prior to departure for all Stehekin departures. Domke Lake departures must check in at least 30 minutes prior to departure.  This will allow a little extra time to load the additional baggage/gear.

Check-In Time - Stehekin/Domke Lake: Please be at the departure dock at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Due to weather and routing, your aircraft may arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure or as late as 10 minutes after the scheduled departure time.

Baggage - Scheduled flights -Stehekin: Please limit your baggage to two soft-sided piece of luggage. Total weight should not exceed 40 pounds per person. Baggage in excess of this amount will be checked at an additional charge of $0.67 per pound, $20 minimum, only on a space available basis.  If your baggage exceeds 90 lbs, you may be required to pay for an additional seat to accommodate for your overage.   Hazardous Materials are strictly prohibited by Federal Law.  Camping items such as propane and gas for camping equipment are examples of hazardous materials.  Outboard oil and paint are other examples of prohibited hazardous materials.  If you have any questions as to what you may bring aboard our flights, please call.

Pets: We generally allow pets onboard our aircraft.  Dogs weighing over 50 lbs may be charged a $35 one way fee.  The pilot has the discretion to deny any pet from boarding if seen as a safety issue.  Since our aircraft are small, pet crates are not allowed.  If your dog is "lap dog", soft sided pet carriers are welcome for small dogs and cats.  Cats are allowed as well but may be denied boarding on scheduled flights if another passenger traveling is allergic to cats.  We will transport the cat on the next available flight if necessary.

Safety: Safety is our primary concern. For over 39 years of operations in the airlines business, we have earned an impeccable safety record. Scheduled flight departure and duration times are based on expected conditions. Weather and other factors may affect our floatplane operations and therefore departure / arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
