Terminal
Location: The CHELAN SEAPLANES TERMINAL
is conveniently located on the south shore
of Lake Chelan just west of downtown Chelan
next to the Lake Chelan Boat Company where
the Lady of the Lake and Lady Express depart
from. Our point of arrival and departure
for Stehekin is the National Park Service
dock at Stehekin Landing.

Terminal: Our terminal features a
comfortable lounge area for passengers.
Juice, Soda, and Bottled Water are available
for sale. Chelan Seaplanes hats and t-shirts
are also available for sale at our Chelan
Terminal.
Parking:
There is plenty of SAFE short term and long
term parking available directly adjacent to
our terminal. Parking is $7.00 per vehicle
per day and or $35 per week. We recommend
that parking payment and arrangements be
made during your flight reservations.
Check-In
Time - Chelan: Please be at our terminal
in Chelan at least 20 minute prior to
departure for all Stehekin departures. Domke
Lake departures must check in at least 30
minutes prior to departure. This will allow
a little extra time to load the additional
baggage/gear.
Check-In
Time - Stehekin/Domke Lake: Please be at
the departure dock at least 20 minutes prior
to the scheduled departure time. Due to
weather and routing, your aircraft may
arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled
departure or as late as 10 minutes after the
scheduled departure time.
Baggage -
Scheduled flights -Stehekin: Please
limit your baggage to two soft-sided piece
of luggage.
Total weight should not exceed 40
pounds per person.
Baggage in excess of this amount will be
checked at an additional charge of $0.67 per
pound, $20 minimum, only on a space
available basis. If your baggage exceeds 90
lbs, you may be required to pay for an
additional seat to accommodate for your
overage. Hazardous Materials are strictly
prohibited by Federal Law. Camping items
such as propane and gas for camping
equipment are examples of hazardous
materials. Outboard oil and paint are
other examples of prohibited hazardous
materials. If you have any questions as to

Pets:
We generally allow pets onboard our
aircraft. Dogs weighing over 50 lbs may be
charged a $35 one way fee. The pilot has
the discretion to deny any pet from boarding
if seen as a safety issue. Since our
aircraft are small, pet crates are not
allowed. If your dog is "lap dog", soft
sided pet carriers are welcome for small
dogs and cats. Cats are allowed as well but
may be denied boarding on scheduled flights
if another passenger traveling is allergic
to cats. We will transport the cat on the
next available flight if necessary.
Safety:
Safety is our primary concern. For over 39
years of operations in the airlines
business, we have earned an impeccable
safety record. Scheduled flight departure
and duration times are based on expected
conditions. Weather and other factors may
affect our floatplane operations and
therefore departure / arrival times cannot
be guaranteed.
Changes to
your Reservation Dates: Unforeseen
changes in your travel plans can occur and
we will do our best to accommodate them.
During our peak season, space is very
limited and changes in dates of travel may
be impossible. A change of dates of travel
may considered canceling and the applicable
cancellation penalties below will apply.
Changes in
Arrival and Departure Locations:
Confirmation must be given in 24 hours of
the changed location of departure or arrival
by telephone with one of our
representatives. Voice messages will not be
accepted for confirmation. No fees will be
associated with a location change. If the
seat fare is less for the new location of
arrival or departure, then the original
location fare will apply. If the seat fare
is more for the new location of arrival or
departure, then the higher fare will apply
and the difference will be charged.
Cancellations: Reservations must be
cancelled at least 7 days in advance to
assure a full refund, less a 5% processing
fee. Seat Fare Reservations cancelled in
less than 7 days but greater than 3 days in
advance are subject to a 50% cancellation
fee. Seat Fare Reservations cancelled less
than 3 days but greater than 24 hours in
advance are subject to a 75% cancellation
fee. Any cancellations received with less
than 24 hours will not be entitled any
refund. No-show passengers will not be
entitled to a refund. Personal Charter
flights are subject to a 20% cancellation
fee. No-show charter flights will not be
entitled to a refund.
Weather
Cancellations: All flight cancellations
due to weather are entitled to a full
refund.
